Here are some examples of what we have provided for our local schools.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please get in touch for availability and pricing as its all custom sessions<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Nurture groups &#8211; Suitable for weekly sessions 1 hr, 6-12 children, with 2 members of farm staff and supported by 2 school staff<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We will bring a selection of different animals each week, the children will learn about animal care, interactions, we will talk about social behaviors, how and why we train animals. Each session will also include a related activity.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eg Bird week, we will bring in a selection of our birds, we spend time with the birds talking about their behaviours, their likes, how we make the feel safe. We will then look at their eggs, build nests with materials we can find if we are outside or materials we bring in if indoors, we will use chopsticks to imitate beaks, we will search for a good place to pace our nest and see if it will hold our egg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Animal interactions offer significant benefits for nurture groups, supporting emotional, social, and behavioral development in children and young people.
